A famous saying of Doyle Brunson is: ‘We don’t stop playing because we get old, we get old because we stop playing’. The 102-year old Andrew Amatrudo proves Brunson’s point by living on a diet of poker, poker and poker… and a few beers everyday.

The Atlantic City inhabitant plays everyday in the Trump Taj Mahal Casino, which is located next to his appartment. Amatrudo told an Atlantic City Newspaper: “I’m not going to sit home. If I sit home, I’ll go berserk,” he explained. “I love to play poker. That’s all I live for anymore.”

A few weeks ago the ‘Ace Man’ (as his fellow players like to call him) celebrated his 102th birthday in the Taj Mahal Casino, where he likes to play Stud Poker. According to Amatrudo a doctor told him he is in perfect health. That’s not because he eats his veggies everyday, Andrew eats everything according to himself and likes to have a fews Bud Lights with his meals…and of course he gets his poker fix everyday.
